Intro
In collaboration with Spotify and Indeed, we developed an innovative web application called “Job Jukebox”. The core concept revolves around analyzing users’ Spotify listening habits and playfully matching them with potential career paths. This project combined cutting‑edge technology, engaging interactions, and seamless user experience to create a product that resonates with both music and jobseekers alike.
Challenges & Outcome
Having limited assets from the client and a tight deadline, we focused on a clean and simple design, that highlighted the smooth animations, and interactive audio. The complex library of sounds for each transition created an engaging experience that was memorable and impactful.
The Job Jukebox project had incredibly high engagement, with millions of user interactions. It was recognized for its' innovation and execution, winning the Best in Class Stage Project Award.
Conclusion
By using React/NextJS, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Howler.js, we were able to build a highly successful product, which has since been promoted to help acquire new business. This project highlights how simple design with a combination well thought out UI and audio animations can create memorable, award-winning digital experiences.
